- Product Conditions
- All wheel covers are shipped in like-new to new condition.
- Shipping Policy
- Free shipping applies only to orders placed within the contiguous
48 states. Optional overnight and other shipping methods are
available upon request.
Single Hubcap Orders
Most “single”hubcap orders are shipped via USPS
Priority Mail. When the “ship to”address
is a business, single hubcap orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
Hubcap Orders of 2 or More
Most hubcap orders of 2 or more are shipped via UPS Ground. When
the “ship to”address is a P.O. Box, hubcap orders
of 2 or more are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (UPS will not
deliver to a P.O. Box).
Due to the volume of orders we process daily, a shipping program
is used to eliminate human error on the part of ineedahubcap.com. All
labels are generated automatically using the exact “ship
to”address entered by the customer. Please double-check
before submitting your order that your “ship to”address
is correct. If you are aware you can not receive goods
by certain methods of shipping (i.e. UPS to a P.O. Box), please
call immediately to correct the address or arrange more detailed
shipping options. FREE SHIPPING is for
the 1st attempt only. The customer is responsible for
all shipping costs thereafter.
- Order Cancellation
- Order cancellation must be made 24 hours before estimated ship
date. Orders refused at time of delivery will be billed as a
normal sale. Product may be re-shipped at a later time if the
customer contacts ineedahubcap.com to arrange the additional
freight.
- Merchandise Returns
- Returns with an original sales invoice: Returns
or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and cannot
be used or damaged in any way. A refund will be issued upon our
satisfactory inspection of the merchandise. Exchanges will be
billed the difference in price of products (if any) and actual
return freight.
- A $10 restocking fee will apply if the product is not returned
within 14 days or if the product is ordered incorrectly by the
customer. Any items refused at the time of delivery will be subject
to an additional $10 fee.
- Sales Tax
- Sales Taxes for North Carolina Residents: There
will be a 7.00% sales tax added to all North Carolina resident
shipments.
- Privacy Policy
- ineedahubcap.com will not rent, barter, sell
or give your name, street address, email address and or telephone
number to any unrelated third party.
- In the event that ineedahubcap.com is ever
sold, nothing in this privacy statement is meant to prevent the
inclusion of ineedahubcap.com's customer list as an asset
of the company.
